Same here. I have yet to see "flush mounts" that have good enough 270 degree (or something like that) visibility. I wish we had signals in the mirrors like the late model CBR's have...

Im probably picking up a set of those too next time they make a batch. I like switching it up every now and then. Same thing with the tail light in this thread. I have the ebay tail light and love it, but would like something different to keep it fresh.

Well i took a short video in direct sunlight. Couldn't have been a worse situation as you'll notice by the shadow of the bike. To be honest they're not that bright in direct sunlight, and its hard to see them on the camera, but i can see them a lot better in person. They didn't even show up on camera from 50 ft away. too small and my phone is all i used. I'll try to get some vid of them in indirect sunlight tomorrow.
Yeah they are tough to see. I was waiting for you to walk to the bike and turn them on for the first 10 seconds of the video. haha... No doubt they are better in person that on camera. Still I don't know... clearly they're not using the same intensity LEDs that are being used to CustomLED.
They aren't as bad as the vid makes them out to be, but no where near as bright as the CustomLED LEDs. I'm a little disappointed as well lol.
that sucks... I don't understand why they don't make them crazy bright. I've got a bunch of LEDs from 14 years ago when I made a custom tail light for my 929. They are really bright, and these days they have way brighter ones that are much easier to source.
