Hi all, suspension I'm contemplating:

Rear
* Ktech Razor Lite
* Ktech Razor R

Front
* K-Tech 20IDS
* Bitubo JBH12
* Andreani

Anyone tried the Bitubo fork cartridges? How do they compare to the K techs? Just trying to work out how much to spend and whats the best bang for buck!

I'm in the UK otherwise i'd be after Matts Intermediate setup at the front!

Anything can be usable, but it won't be a nearly bolt-on. You really need the 08-10.

I have my order in for the Ohlins NIX30 kit and the YA535 rear shock through my Ohlins contact. I also got Ohlins fork oil and upgraded seals for the front forks thrown in on the deal. Total came to $2000, which is an awesome price. The Ohlins distributor said my rear is in stock, but it will be about two weeks for the NIX30 Kit. My suspension guy will be doing the install for me. I will let you know how it works out. I have had Ohlins suspension in the past, so I know it will be a drastic difference from stock.

FYI - Make sure you get the correct springs front and rear for your suspension. not just off the shelf units.

Anyone been able to try the Ktech revalve kit?

In the UK it's around £170 from Brooks suspension, after posting and taxes it's cheaper than the Stoltech GP revalve that I'm considering.

I'm also considering the Ktech IDS, but that's a lot more £££680 with springs plus fitting.

Anyway, I digress, anyone managed to have a go with the KTech revalve? I'm not planning to do serious track work, just road riding on British roads. I have just fitted a Ktech Razor R on the rear and have a couple of hundred miles on it. Love it so far but fancy getting something done to the front now!

Thanks
Mike

i bought the TVT22 for my ‘18 -09. Spring with 9.5N/mm. It’s not installed yet though

Why can't edit my posing above? There are some typo's in it.

Hi all. New to the forum and a happy owner of a blue 2017 MT-09 for a year. I upgraded the rear shock to K-Tech Razor-R today. The only issue I came across with is with placing the reservoir; I have the Yamaha soft saddlebags (SW-Motech Blaze H) and the bracket sits exactly where the reservoir should be mounted. I can make both fit by bending the Razor-R braket inwards, but then the rear fender/wheel will touch it when the suspension is put under stress. Anyone with the same dilemma? Ideas on optional mounting postions for the reservoir?

Anyone consider swapping over the parts from a tracer GT? I think they have fully adjustable forks & a remote preload adjustable rear shock. Not sure if everything would bolt up but it should be close I'd think.

OK, ended up with putting the reservoir under the seat. Some photos for anyone interested:
