Headlight "Dragon Eyes" Appearance Mod

I suppose this is the correct section to post in, so here goes...

Not sure if any of you have heard of Neo-Chrome tint, but its basically a tint film that is clear from some angles, and adds a slight rainbow/chrome look from other angles. The tint itself is not dark at all, and when looking at it through the back it has a very slight smoke but that is it. Instead of buying a more expensive piece from various online retailers, I just bought the cheapest 12" x 12" piece of Neo-Chrome tint from an eBay seller for roughly $4 and free shipping and figured I'd give it a shot. Here is how it looks on my FZ!

(I've never tinted anything before in my life, I just knew to take my time and use a heat gun to stretch the material)

Nice! I like it. I ordered the dark blue so we'll see how that looks on the matte silver with blurple wheels. In like a month... When it arrives

Cool! I think mine is the sky blue or light blue or something like that, just remember to use a lot of heat and take your time, looking back now I think I got a little lucky, I thought it wasn't going to work at first. I kinda wish I would have bought two sheets so that I could have re-done it more perfect but it came out okay! (You can see just a few wrinkles on the edge in some spots)

Do you take apart the headlight at any time, or did you just tuck it into the edges?

I didn't take it apart, just used an exacto knife VERY carefully in the edge.
