The ZX6-RR shock is a popular upgrade for the FZ09 and as such has become pretty hard to find one.

I recently had Traxxion Dynamics do a revalve and overhaul. Other than a few scuffs and scratches it is in excellent condition.

Also included is the bolt and shim you need for install. This eliminates having to drill out the lower bracket on the shock.

The ZX6-RR is exactly the same length as the stock shock so it will not change the geometry of the bike.

I am into it right at $400. I paid $100 for the shock and $25 shipping. $225 for Traxxion's work and $50 shipping to and from them.

I will let it go for $300 shipped.

Just out of curiosity why are you selling it and which shock will you be using?

What is the spring rate and what rider weight is it set up for?

Gone back to the stocker for a while. I have a bad back and the ride was a little too firm for me at 180 pounds. If I rode only smooth roads or the track it would be fine. We have some very rough roads in my area.

I am thinking it would be ideal for someone in the 200 to 230 range.

I think the spring is around 580 lbs.

I have a 9.1kg/mm spring from my zx10 shock... not that hard to swap. That was smooth! Then open the damping...
