Does a kawasaki shock fix the ride height issue?

What ride height issue is that?

Seems some owners prefer to raise the ride height with shocks that allow this when upgrading on gen 1and 2. The lowering of the front on gen3 should adress the same issue?

Would love to ride different suspension setups back to back on the first gen: only springs, andreani, k-tech, Ohlins etc.

I did it to see what effect it would have and liked the result. I wouldn't lower the front though, you lose ground clearance.

How much did you raise the rear? Maybe I was a bit unclear: I was referring to the 30mm lower triple clamp on gen3 compared to previous gen - thought Yamaha had drawn this conclusion.
