Just got my '22 MT-09 last week and threw on some GB Racing engine covers two days ago. I also threw on some sliders everywhere that you could. Today it started raining in SoCal out of nowhere. I was waddling my bike outside of the garage and lost my footing. Had to let her down. It was not at all a hard fall. Even so, it would have caused some ugly scratches on my new baby. Luckily, the sliders and covers did their job!

Hey Brent, what's your track and race schedule? Are you racing the middleweight WERA Endurance races?
We don’t have our license/endorsement yet. I think we want to do at least one endurance race with N2 this year. So the plan will be to take the race school, then go get licensed with WERA.

Track day schedule is currently to do VIR Patriot early April, then NCBIKE April 27-30. (27-28 is Champ School, then 29-30 is N2 track days.)

May 20-21 is PTC.

After that I’ll be out there every weekend if I can.

Newbie here, just picked up a new 22 base in black. Added a Puig screen and relocated the horn. It’s too damn cold to ride and I’m itching real bad.

The horn was relocated to an open M6 hole behind the left radiator mount with the stock mount. It’s a tight fit between the bottom tree and the radiator but it has 2-3mm of clearance on both.

Hoping to get my head lift stand next week and setup the suspension, scrub in tires and enjoy. If it gets close to 50 degrees today I’m going on a chilly scrub in ride.

Prepped to install a rear luggage rack from Shad. The box came and there was a massive rip along one side. All of the installation hardware has slipped out of it lol. Waiting to hear back from RevZilla on what to do next. The thing that sucks is, that was the only one that had in stock when I ordered. So I doubt they'd have another one to send out.

Anyways also installed a fuse block and rewired my GPS and installed the heated grips. Heading out for some camping today to test out the setup. No pics of install yet since it was a bit of a rush job, but I'll post up once it's a bit tidier.

Installed -1 front sprocket.
Wow.
Just wow.
It just pulls and keeps pulling.

Best $20 I've spent.
I did a +1 to my rear last season. I noticed a better drive on corner exit.
Might have to try a -1 on the front. (I never get to top speed anyway on the straights.)

I have the exact same setup. Does yours fit closer to the bike in the right side as well?

On mine, the right saddlebag is about 1 cm closer to the seat/subframe compared to the left side. It's not a big deal really, just curious.
I send you photos and mine is perfectly assembled, I did it right away.
It doesn't look good in the photos, but it's ok and symmetrical.
The side supports are attached to a central plate and there is a gap of effectively 1cm, so that you can adjust, you have to loosen the screws and insert the supports as close to the bike as possible.
If it has been done by a professional workshop, .... let them do it right...

Bought this for the up coming season, I find my tank bag restricts my view of the clocks so I bought this for £22 , the bag just quickly clips on and off.
Used my small Nelson Rigg tail bag to haul six 24oz. beers, extra action cam, 4 packs of cigs, pipe and fixings yesterday. 3 miles of ride on torn up country dirt/gravel road. Beers were a bit excitable for a hour or so. The tail bag did great! 🤙
