After several months and lots of tips from the members here I have removed over 20lbs from bike. I'll attach pictures of items removed and will list weight of each if there is any interest. The bike looks great and definitely feels lighter. Fairly low budget. Lithium battery and Akrapovic carbon exhaust were only two changes fairly expensive. The rest were free or low priced.

I bought two CNC keyless gas cap/bases and mixed and matched cap to base. Using black base and gold cap now. They were about $20 shipped and excellent quality.
That setup looks great. I'd love to do something like that, but with people being the asshats they are, I'd be worried about someone pouring something in my tank.

Excellent, you've added the equivalent of 6HP.

If I knew where to get them and how to do it I'd be saving up coin for titanium. My enabler riding friend keeps showing me carbon fiber wheels. Right now I want to get the ignition switch off but getting to it is way past my skill level until somebody puts up a YouTube video. I am very happy with over 20 lbs net weight removed and I still have both stock mirrors. I actually like the stock mirrors.

That HP to Weight ratio gets worst as the weight of the rider goes up. :(

Isn't the best way to trim weight off the bike, by the rider eating less??? lol.
I agree. My bikes don't go anywhere without me. I lost 18 pounds since retiring so I am almost to the OP's 20 pounds. I guess I could ride around with only a gallon of gas in the tank and it would be lighter too... for awhile till I had to push it. If I wore flip flops instead of riding boots I could loose a pound there.

Fun aside... strip the weight off. We all can do what we want to our bikes. I have 2 lighter bikes and a 1 heavier bike so I know what you mean about "feeling lighter".

Yes. It was the first mod after exhaust I made. I was worried it would mess up something if I unbolted them but it was easy. They are heavier than the reflectors and it bugged me to leave them on.. Some members reported overtightened bolts on wheels or discs. No problem here and off they came.

I can tell you exactly.
Stock battery 3098 grams
Stock rear turn signals 273 grams
Stock front turn signals 276 grams

Antigravity lithium battery 860 grams
Rear turn signals 0 grams ( TST INTEGRATED TAIL LIGHT)
Flush mount TST front turn signals and connectors 68 grams

A lot of weight reduction and looks better.
