Just did my third Track day (corner worker for CSS, free track time!). Lots of improvement and the bike handled well for stock. That said, I think I'm getting to the limits of the bike in it's stock form. I still have a lot of technique and body position skills to work on but the shocks on the bike do not inspire confidence in many hard riding conditions.

Here's a decent shot. Any recommendations on whether to do the front or rear suspension first?

Nice work! Draggin knees on the FZ is fun.

I'm 200+ lbs, and wanted the front sorted first. Fork springs were too soft for my weight. Rear spring rate could handle the weight. Damping is another story. I say do both at same time.

Always do the rear first. Any tuner will tell you that.
