Best thing to do would be to get some rough measurements of the factory lines, and start calling manufacturers. I am a loyal fan of Spiegler, great product!!
Just wait a little while And there will be specific kits available. One of the members here got his set for half price because they developed them off his bike.
If you take measurements some industrial hydraulic shops will fabricate custom lines. I am really only familiar with the shop by buddy used for his truck brakes, but they specialized in high pressure fittings and lines.
Nice, Spiegler SS lines are awesome. They have such a cool design with the rotatable banjo, that they are pretty much the best to install without kinks. Not only that, the color options are endless!!!
The Goodridge build it yourself lines work really well, everything screws together. I have had them on my 1150GS for over 100k miles, no leaks or problems. The black ones look good too.
I was looking at the mounting of our brakes. The FZ-09 sure appears to have a radially mounted caliber. The caliper bolts go through the top of the caliper and clamp in the direction towards the the axle (the rotational center of the wheel), putting the strain on the caliper bolts in the direction of tension vs sheer. If you research radial caliper mounting, you will see that it matches what is used on the FZ-09. By comparison, my dad has a 08 FZ-01 and it is not radial mounted; its calipers are bolted through the side of the caliper parallel to the axle. My 05 R1 is radial mounted (with a 4 pot monoblock caliper).
edit: hooray! they have a location about 15 minutes away from here...
