I noticed that when pulling in the clutch (engine off) there is a squeaking noise.

Traced it down to the "slack compensation spring" at the engine end of the clutch cable.

Fixed it with a tiny dollop of chain lube on the spring coils - squeak gone - that was easy

Welcome to the Forum.......and if you were out riding the bike instead of eavesdropping on a slight squeak of the spring, you would have never noticed it. Go ride!

Hi Vern,
Well I have been commuting on it the last couple of days and am almost thru the first tank of gas. Had to make a couple of adjustments on the way - slacken the chain by 2 flats; turn the rear shock damper screw all the way in.
