Anybody have any good info on the spring rates I should shoot for being a 200lb rider?
Picking up a 2023 SP next month and would like to get the correct springs/oil for track days in advance.

stock front is 7.0 and rear is 90 right?

Weigh yourself with all your gear on, then determine the correct setup/spring size/etc. I ended up being right at 15 lbs more with full gear on, and that is what you will be wearing when riding.

I still haven't found any specs online or a calculator. The 23 SP I had was extremely stiff in oe form.

I'd go with a .95 if you do any pillion at all.

Likely the spacer may only need a couple of washers depending on new vs old spring length.

Fluid should be 16 cst @ 40C with a bit less air gap.

Th SP has Ohlins. Call Fast bike Industries. He's the distributor for Ohlins in the USA. Make sure you're clear whether it is a track or street setup. They recommended a track setup and I went 1 size lighter as I only ride on the street. It's perfect. Track setup on the street beats the shit out of you.

I am 220LBS fully kitted & fitted 9.5nm in the front & left the rear at 9.0, on my 2021 09SP & have the same springs in my 2022 09SP.

You are correct - Andreani purchased them. They still sell Ohlins and Nitron but David was the shock guru there.

I called and it was not exactly clear. David who owned Fast Bike was a legit suspension guru. Without him, I wouldn't buy from them.
