I'm not planning a track day, but what do you do with a low profile plug like the Mazda FS50-21-249 that I'm using? There doesn't seem to be much material to drill through for safety wire.

I put a dab of RTV silicone along the edge of mine. =)

When i was searching the safety wire thing a few day ago i saw images of safety wire on low profile bolts like that. Of course i cant find the images right now, but it can be done. The one i saw was drilled from the outside flange/ lip toward the center of the fastener head. Of course you want the hole to be on a flat not a corner, where the hex bit goes. Very shallow hole, but thats all you need i suppose.

Haha, thanks everyone. I didn't not take any comments as negative at all. But I did do it again, and I think this is a bit better then before.
