I installed a set of 90 degree valve stems from STG this week when I changed tires. I used blue Loctite on them. I check air psi before every ride, so I am not too worried.

SAM_0075.jpg SAM_0076.jpg I installed them when I had the tires off to get rid of the blurple wheels. Fast and easy, make sure to lube the o-ring mating surface. There's another post on this here too.

Thanks, I'll just pick them up before I take the bike in for service next and have them install them for me.

for you folks that have installed the right angle valve stems...which way did you orient the stem?

Logically, I would think away from the chain side of the swing-arm, and for convenience sake, the same direction on the front... which is to say: facing the Right Hand side of the bike.

Also, if the bike is on the kick stand then it is leaning left and so the right side of the wheels is easier to access.
