recall work has been done bike seems to shift into gear without having to really thump it. hoping they put the gasket on there right and get everything in there tight

they had it on the side stand and there was no oil leakage

i didnt see em take my tank off. does yours have a blue dot? btw i looked at the old shaft and i couldnt see any sharp edge

I still have no recall notice, my bike was the first one in Northern California so maybe they changed the shaft after mine was built and the later ones are bad.I will call Berkeley Honda Yamaha and see what's going on Scott is always on top of things.RR. :cool:

Got the notice last week, the dealership ordered & got the part but they don't have time this weekend.
Anyway, is there anything to check after they're done? to make sure they didn't **** anything up?

check for oil leaks and make sure all bolts to cover are tight. my dealer took care of it professionally and got it done right the first time.
