Not there yet. I did found front sprocket options and I think someone here found a smaller rear one. Search here or Google it. It's somewhere.

I need to lose some weight , so I'm not getting exactly your feel. I think I need a larger sprocket , not more speed it has plenty of that.

Sure, I bought 2 from sprocket specialists a -2 and -4 tooth sprocket. Bought them in December 2013 or so.

The bolt pattern and center hole is the same as 01-present FZ1 but the sprocket is thinner because the FZ09 is a 525 chain where the FZ1 is a 530 chain.

Sprocket specialists turned them out in about a week.

I'm not in the sprocket market now, will wait until the original is worn out. Doubt I'll change the ratio, maybe go the lighter chain, what is that, 525? Anyway this thread made me curious, the 09 has been out long enough that sprocket companies should have sprockets for it.

At Sprocket Specialists if you search for FZ 09 it takes you to FZ 6 sprockets, but I would want to confirm they are compatible before ordering.

Looking at the parts diagrams both bikes have 6 sprocket bolts but the inner hole of the 6 is a simple circle and the 09 isn't. Went to the garage to look at my 09, the simple circle would be ok so long as the diameter is right.

Edit: Oh snap, Motomania posted while I was writing lol. So the 09 is already 525.

Sprockets

They seem to have a 43,45,47 rear and I just ordered the 43. From what I can tell on the JT sprockets web site, the FZ-09 should be exactly the same as the current R6, because R6 shows the same bolt pattern as FZ-01.

And yet JT shows a 43 available for R6 but nothing in the FZ-09 section? bizarre.

FYI I received mine from Sprocket Center. its a Superlite #12815R-43-525 steel. It says on the package it fits GSX-R 600/750 2011-2013 and YZF-R6 2003-2014. I havent put it on yet but it does look like a perfect match to the stock one I have kicking around by lining them up. So if you guys see any for those bikes on ebay, they should fit FZ-09.
