Recently picked up a bone stock 900 with very low miles to replace my XSR700. A couple modifications to help the bike fit me better and I couldn’t be happier. Stoked to join the triple club

Welcome to the group, and enjoy your new ride!
Congrats! Looks great! You’re going to love it.
I always liked the red. Haven't seen many of them around.

Nice! If I got an XSR900 it would be this colour.

Yeah I’m surprised how rare they are. Definitely an appropriate color for the spicy engine

nice Yamaha ! welcome
Just rode out to Campo on 94 twice two weeks ago.

Of course I arrive and the weather mirrors Skokie, I leave and it improves significantly.

I'm sorry and you're welcome.

Yeah we’ve had a VERY wet winter by Ca standards. Did you rent a bike when you were out here?

Yes rent. It's am iffy proposition on Riders Share but I don't have any other better options as I won't ride a HD.

I hope to be back out again in the fall and will LYK.

This year makes 50 years since I was a motorcycle courier in San Francisco!

Very troubled 16 FJ09 I rented. Shifting was AFU by idiotic AM rearsets...

I rented BMW's from Phill Freeman at Moto Quest in Long Beach and rode to Alaska. I also rented from them in Portland. The bikes were immaculately prepared.

Oh yeah I just checked out their site for the first time. Looks like a good option for getting on two wheels when away from home. I was on a group ride this past weekend and stopped to help a lady who had rented an Indian bagger on Twisted Road and ran wide into some gravel and low sided
If you have a decent mc policy never bother with their insurance which basically is worthless as limits are statutory ie ridiculously low.

I had a hold of $3500 on a card which was released after in a couple days.

It's more of a hassle if there's a claim for the rentee (owner) than renter...

Renting too far from where I stay just is a PITA.
