I am familiar with dialing in sag, rebound, and low speed compression, but never had a shock with high speed compression. What am I aiming for with the high speed adjustment? I am about 150lbs in gear.

Basically for it not to seem harsh when you hit square edged bumps. Dial it back until it doesn't and there you go.
Others will hopefully give you more in depth advice but that is my simpleton's view.

Easiest to put on full soft and work your way back hard until you feel it starting to jar on square edge pumps.

Find a rough road initially and then fine tune it more on some faster corners that are not perfect.
