One of my buddies got a Yamaha MT10 last year.

His first order of business when he got it, was to disassembly it completly, paint it red and black, put on his chrome wheels and tune it.

He then got this idea of a other rear set project for winter 2019-2020 and here it is..

It's completed by converting a rear end, seat from a R1 from 15-16, bellypan from 1st fairing (china) and fitted it to his 2019 MT-10

I have to agree, I'm not a fan of chrome anything. That red is a brilliant color for such a project.

looks great!! I agree would have done bst's over the chrome wheels would look better and offer a huge performance advantage but that's why we all get to build our own bikes

I always heard there was a space between the seat and tank whenever a swap like this was done. Nevertheless looks good.
