Hi All

Picking up my SP next week.........sooooo exited.

I am happy to set the Preload for my size for Static and Rider Sag, but would appreciate any good starting settings for Compression (Slow and Fast) and Rebound.

I am on the larger size 225lbs, and will be Road only....For now!!!.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Go to you tube and check out two wheeled obsession. He has an mt09 and walks you thru it. Good luck.

I second that.
Also, tweak it yourself after each ride until you get what works for you - not just what people suggest for your weight.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the SP.
I suggest that you click on You Tube and watch the various Dave Moss videos. He has a pretty extensive library and is very good at explaining how to achieve the base line settings.
You may also want to watch some of Max McAllistars (Traxxion Dynamics) videos also on You Tube.

Just one word of warning, using Dave Moss's use of tyre wear indications as a guide to damping doesn't seem to work for normal street use. I got my settings all over the place and had to start from scratch.
But using the bounce test is a good place to start.
