I am looking for reviews on what seats or covers allow more side to side body movement. The stock seat grips a bit much, and I have to elevate my ass cheeks to get moving- very un-awesome especially in quick transitions.

So- those with other seats or covers, what is working for sliding in the seat? Things like Luimoto look less grippy, but then some reviews say it is. Seat Concepts all carbon cover? Sargent? I had a Corbin on my ST1300 that was just right- just the wrong bike to throw side to side all day long.

Any experienced input is much appreciated, thankyou!

Not exactly getting the replies I was looking for, but this thread will be worth it if just for the happy lube emoji!

All carbon pattern cover of the Seat Concepts seat cover did the trick for me. I can slide form side to side with ease. Do not get the gripper cover if you even want to get off the bike easily. It is the worst for the road.

^ True be that. The Seat Concepts carbon is slick.

The seat vinyl on the Sargent allows for better movement than the stock vinyl. The shape however is not conducive to lateral shifting.
