So I did the horn in the fake scoop relocation last night and outsmarted myself with shrink wrapping and now I don't know
which of the two wires coming off the switch is the white over black wire.

Does it make a difference as to which wire clips to which tab on the horn?

Didn't want to blow a fuse by just testing it, if it is wrong. Or is that even possible?

The horn is item #71 on the electrical diagram from the service manual.

If you have a multimeter you should be able to hold the horn button with the DMM connected between one lead and ground and figure out which one is positive. Then connect that one to the positive terminal as shown in rocky's attachment.

I can't imagine that it matters though. Isn't a horn essentially just a speaker?
