15mm according to the service manual.

front caliper piston sizes are 30/27mm, same as the r6, but the r6 uses a 16mm radial master cylinder, so might be a good candidate. you'll lose the stock mirror mount though.

Very common. Leading edge of the brake should have more pressure than the trailing edge. Or the other way around... been a while.

I'm running a 2008 r6 front bmc with asv short lever and it works exelent! I love the added feel to the braking. Had to unclamp the stock brake line from one of the factory clamps to gain a little length but that was all the modification necessary.

Also for anyone interested.. the r6 clutch lever is a direct bolt on fit to the factory fz clutch lever mount. (I bought the matching asv clutch lever with the r6 fbmc and lever)
