Since I retired I had to replace all my pants. Went from 32 waist to 30. Reason? Became way more active getting outside instead of behind a desk and no more snacking all day long. Worked wonders in so many ways! I actually dropped from 170 down to 149, because I kept forgetting to eat lunch or just not taking the time out from physical activity. 149 got my attention and I've gone back up to 165 by making a conscious effect to eat lunch. Surprisingly, my waist is still 30". And, of course, at the end of every day I sip my glass of bourbon while watching Netflix. Life is good!
