I have a 2016 XSR900 with Givi TN2128 Engine Guards. They were damaged recently when a car turned into my side.

I was hoping if anyone could tell me of the Givi TN2132 Engine Guards for FZ/MT09 would fit on an XSR900.

The TN2128 has a weird asymmetry to them compared to the TN2132.

Looks like the MT/FZ does not have the cosmetic plastic cover over the clutch. Otherwise, they are identical. If you don't mind a little more clutch noise you could bin the cover and fit the MT guards.

I was trying to figure out what possible reason MT guards wouldn’t fit the XSR. I forgot all about the plastic clutch cover, because I ditched that thing the first day I brought the bike home. If that’s the reason, for sure just take the cover off and run the MT guards. You’ll need to replace a couple of the clutch cover screws that end up being too long, but your local hardware store will have what you need...
