[Against Reality]

Hello everyone
Im sorry if this post has been done before
I just received the dominator hp3 low level
Its extremely loud and i need to put a db killer on
Has anyone done it? Was it better?
And where did you get it?

Yeah it says that the kit has a db killer medium in the price , i guess i payed full price and didnt get it , maybe they forgot it
And now i ordered separately
Guess ill have to ask for refund…

I don't think it can be spam if it was requested?

That looks solid. I keep hearing how loud it is, though, and I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with the baffle in place? @Against Reality , hope you report back when you get it installed and get a chance to give it a listen.

With the silencer on, it's bordeline tolerable. And you also lose about 5 hp.
If I knew how loud it was, I would have gotten the one with the extra can in the mid pipe.

I know VCycleNut has a vendor thread (page? section?)- I'd personally love to see dyno/tune results for various units David's tested. It would be highly informative for folks (like myself) who want to pick a pipe before sending out for our flash...hint, hint.

Because I've dynoed the bike with silencer on and off.

i care mostly about the sound being bearable.

Yep , actually im asking cause i dont wanna lose the torque and mid cause if i do

With the db killer the sound is bearable.Without it, I got a headache after 15 mins of riding.
I would recommend however the exhaust with the extra middle can. From what I can tell it reduces noise without that 5 hp penalty because it doesnt reduce the exhaust flow like the silencer does.

Of course they said no they only offer the whole thing..

weird, I ordered the midpipe separately , if you were not so far Id make you a good deal on it
