AIS is the engine breaking thingy? if it is , then its off.

My bike is mapped directly into the ECU and have O2 optimizer.

AIS is the air injection system, has nothing to do with engine braking.

When your ECU was flashed, did it include an Akra fuel map specifically?

Yes, with the baffle in. Almost zero afterfire pops when the baffle is pulled out.

No ECU flash, PC5, or block off plates.
Thats odd, when I just installed Akra and removed db killer without any mapping, it was shooting flames like crazy

Stock ecu my carbon would shoot flames. After I had my ecu flashed by vcyclenut its happens more often because of the additional fuel of the fuel map. I love the flame that's why I left the AIS enabled when I got my ECU flashed . I never tried it with the baffle out.
