I installed the Fizzer CCT kit and it did wonders. I adjusted it to the level recommended in the directions before putting in the set screw. I have noticed however that the rattle is still there when first starting up when the engine is cold. However, it disappears after about 10-15 seconds. Should I adjust it further or keep it as is?

It's normal for it rattle a bit on startup until the oil pressure builds up to assist the self adjusting piston inside the CCT. If you adjust it so it's quiet and feel no vibration at 3-4K, it might still rattle/tick a bit at idle because the cam chain is under minimal load at idle, hence a bit more slack in the chain, but more importantly the chain will be properly tensioned under load which is where it's more crucial to NOT have the cam chain too loose. I wouldn't think you should need to adjust it further. Try to take it out for a spin and see how it sounds warmed up at 3-4K.
