I am 5' 10" 195lbs without gear.
I do plan on eventually having a professional adjust my suspension. But until that day comes is there anyone that has a similar weight that can tell me what way I should adjust my bike to make things a little stiffer front and back, Should I max out the rear??? Any advise would be appreciated!

At 195lb w/o gear, a professional will tell you it's impossible to dial in the proper sag with the stock suspension. You'll need new springs.

And the damping is nearly non-existent. So you'll want a new shock and fork cartridges to calm the bucking.

If you're in the Northeast, Stoltec Moto is riding distance to a good suspension.

Turning the adjusters on the stock suspension has about the same effect as summoning a genie.
