Unboxing and getting the new 2017 MT-09 ready for spring shenanigans!

Not much that beats the feeling of a brand new bike :D

Pretty awesome to see it come straight out of the box! I think the new headlight is growing on me. All black looks really really good.

Great video. What chain tensioner is installed as I want to remove the ugly number plate holder on mine.

They seem to be the Chinese Lightech knock off chain adjusters that, to me, make more sense than installing the OEM blocks that are made from Play Doh.

Indeed they are :D

But apparently you need the rear wheel axle from the old 09, as the one on the 2017 is longer so it doesn't fit with the new chain adjusters
