    Angry STOLEN - Los Angeles - '17 XSR900

Probably a pipe dream at this point, but hoping to spread word around in case it shows up

Sometime between Sunday 5pm (5/12) & today (5/15) @ 8am my XSR was stolen from a gated parking garage in 90025 area code. The bike was stolen along with my 2010 YZ450F Supermoto. They were chained together & chained to a 60lb trailer hitch & ride-on wheel chock.

In the very unlikely case it shows up in your local CL, shoot me a PM, you'd be a real hero. Also, if you happen to see the parts for sale around you, that'd be awesome too. I've listed them below. Some, like the Matris, are pretty rare & seeing them alone may indicate someones parting it out. Others are pretty common, but if the bikes been kept together then maybe can be helped to ID it

    Bike:

I can't find the license plate # right now but will try to update this later. I think it begins with 23T (California plate). But that was probably the first thing removed. I'll look to add the VIN too

    VIN: JYARN47Y3HA000586

    Parts list:
    - Matris rear shock (orange spring)
    - Matris front forks
    - OEM Yamaha rear cowl (plastic is cracked and supplied tubing is missing)
    - Hurricane fat swallow bar
    - GPR Stabilizer (I'd guess this'll be parted off pretty quick, but center plastic tank cover was poorly dremmeled by me to make room for this)
    - Brembo RCS 19 w/ Blue Rizoma Wave reservoir
    - Black chinese CNC rear sets with Neverland Motorsports folding footpegs
    - m-Blaze pin indicators (all 4), blueish colored aftermarket headlight
    - Evotech tail tidy
    - Rizoma bar sliders w/ rizoma brake guard
    - OEM Yamaha windscreen
    - Q3+ tires w/ 90 degree valves
    - Stainless brake lines front & back
    - R&G rear footpeg delete
    - Centerstand
    - Graves titanium exhaust (carbon fiber muffler, baffle removed) - ~3" scrape/dent where header pipe meets collector
    - Woodcraft front axle sliders, Shogun frame sliders, generic swingarm bobbins/sliders
    - Lightech chain adjusters (bright blue)
    - Quadlock phone holder bracket

FYI i was taken with my supermoto. Sumo is black & white graphics. #612 on front plate and side plates. Full graphic kit has large Mountain Dew emblems over airbox cover/radiator shrouds

    Keep your rides safe!!

    Sorry for your loss.
You can't have everything. Where would you put it?

My assumption is they came in with a big van and a crew of 4+. There was no evidence left of anything (shavings, etc.), so I'd guess they just got some strong people to lift everything all at once. It's a large garage and pretty trafficked at all times, so I assume they wouldn't have chanced grinding the chain. The XSR isn't light, but the sumo is only 250 lbs. Lesson to others (that I should have known)... find a way to lock it to something that can't be lifted, even w/ a crew!

Makes me so mad. Hope there's a happy ending to your story.

Is there possibly video from a security camera?

We'll see. Unfortunately the garage isn't at my place of residence, hence the ~60 hr period it could have been taken in. There aren't any cameras that cover the spot, so only hope would be they could figure out who it was on entrance/exit cams. So hopefully the security folk look at it hard (they won't release the tape to me) to see if there's a questionable vehicle that enters & exits soon after. It would shock me if it wasn't a van w/ deep tints and no license plate on it, but who knows

Some silver lining in that I was probably going to sell my XSR soon, and insurance seems amendable to paying close to retail on all the parts I put on it. Still, would rather the bike & parts went to a worthy owner & not some scumbag
