EDIT: just saw this was the XSR section..they ones I listed are for an FZ

The Yamaha part number is 90269-07077
available all over the web, but with shipping your probably better off ordering them from your local dealer if they dont stock them

as an example, partzilla has them for $1.19 but they want almost $8.00 just to ship them

    90269-07077-00 RIVET $1.19

Any auto parts store will have them on the rack with the other fasteners.

How do I get the side panels off the tank? I know how to get the main ones off(that look like an air intake) but the secondary ones (about where your knees are) I don't know how to remove. do the just pop off? Im scared to break em.

I believe they 3m double stick tape on them. As same as the Yamaha emblems if I'm not mistaken.
Sorry I thought you were asking about the fz.

This link of the tank panel parts break down might give you a better idea of how to remove the panels.

As for the plastic rivets, there are two styles, the Push Rivets and a Screw Type. If you don't remove them properly they are easy break.

    From the FZ-09 Service Manual:

There are lots of online parts stores as well, if you can't find any at your local auto parts store.

    I take it you mean items #46 & 47.
