    Hey guys,

    I can confirm for sure that the Akrapovic Racing Line in Carbon Fiber, Part number S-Y9R2-AFC (the same as for the FZ-09) does work with the XSR900 and should have the same impact on power, weight, and torque. You can find more information on it using the link below;

    -http://www.akrapovic.com/#!/motorcycle/product/road/16640?brandId=41&modelId=775&yearId=3981

    As for the Ti system, they have yet to disclose how that guy will work with this bike (if at all) but, I can say that there may be a different XSR900 specific system (think high pipe) that will be coming out in the near future. No specs have become available yet though.

    This is just one fella's opinion, I'm sure that exhaust is amazing, but to be honest, on purely aesthetic appeal, it looks out of place with the overall look of the bike. I would love to wait it out and see what comes along the pipeline for exhaust options that are more gutteral that don't look like I'm trying to turn this bike into a race bike. Trying to keep the "cafe" "neo-retro" look of the bike. Anyone else have thoughts on this?

    The high level akra would suit the xsr900 pefectly (take a look at the xsr700 with the akra high level for an idea of how it looks)

    ...Just to clarify. I am a US distributor for Akra. Not trying to sell anything. Just thought I would make clear the exact state of things from Akra for a bike I am considering for myself.

    Was in a meeting with them last month which seemed to indicate that development but, they are pretty tight-lipped (even internally) on what exactly is in R&D until they there is a press release.

    When and if that happens though, I will be sure to mention it here.
