Put a set of handguards in the XSR, couldn't stand getting my hands frozen solid any more!

I've been even busier, taking off those rear foot rests that just get in the way of us big footed riders! Also fitted a billet rear brake reservoir while I was at it. Looks a lot cleaner😁

Albeit last night, I installed a TST integrated tail light, MotoDynamic fender eliminator, and TST flush mount turn signals.

For anyone interested in a little insight, I chose the MotoDynamic eliminator for a few reasons: I liked the full steel construction, it had 4 holes to mount the plate, and it came with an LED tail light. One problem I had with it though was the wires it comes with are a little short and I would up having to make an extender with parts harvested from the factory fender.

Even if they have the same (or more) light production, I can't imagine those stub turn signals being as visible and recognizable to drivers. I'm really torn between wanting to do things that make my bike look better, but not wanting to decrease the functionality/visibility/safety in doing so.

TST claims they bounce light omnidirectionally, and they are much brighter. From the side, its night and day difference. From the front, still plenty noticeable but only time will tell.

I also just installed TST flush mounts to the front. While the size of the light itself is smaller, the output is more intense than OEM incandescent bulbs. And, as Number66 stated, they are nicely intense from the sides which will aid visibilty in intersections. I'm hoping for the Halo's to come out soon.

Think I'm going the Tripage flush mounts route. They are quite a bit more but to me they're nicer looking and I can maintain the running light.
