Kids because you need plenty of strength and endurance to raise your kids and FZ's because you need a young healthy back to endure all the jolts of rough pavement at 80 mph.

Enjoy yours while you can cuz one day you will wake up and see an old man in the mirror...Lol.
    Cheers.
Words of a wise man! 29 yrs as of last week- took a blast up to Cold Spring Tavern today. I can't imagine that bumpy entrance road in 20 yrs!

    Hey Chris.

I keep threatening to come down your way to do another ride like the one we all did a few years ago.

Borrego weather has to be great this time of the year. Grab some Mexican food and a tall cold one.

Oh and then there are the heavenly Julian pies.

    Julian, CA... great little town.
Visited there back in the late '80s.
    Love those small Cali towns!

Good luck with the KTM. I wish I had known sooner I would have made you an offer on the seat and swapped out my stocker. Just getting ready to pack mine up and ship to Seth. Anyway, best of luck with the new ride, sweet deal.

Tim, if you were closer I might have to punch you. First off you are not old, that's all in the head. Second, your FZ was one of the best on the road. Third, well I want to remain your friend so I wont talk like that

I hope you come to your senses and keep it. That bike will get some donkey who shows it no respect and its feeling will be hurt. She was so good to you?.

After this misfortune of moving on to another bike, get your act together and get back down here so we can go bug Chris and drool over all of his bikes. Lets see if that KTM can keep up with Chris and I on palomar since your FZ couldn't

Hey Jeff just saw your post.

The big V-twin will wax you guys in a strait line but no chance in the corners.

Gotta make it down in the spring time.
