Back in the 90's I had a Honda V65 Sabre...wonderful bike. I bought the bike used, had about 20K miles on it, and every oil change I saw significant metal particles in the oil. Finally sold the bike, and the following owner put a good 15K trouble-free miles until he drove the bike off a cliff. I think with engine/clutch/transmission all contained as one, yeah...particles happen.

No, because a visual inspection doesn't tell you anything. Particles could be clutch disk material, some non-magnetic metal such as aluminum or they could be steel, in which case a magnet will give you an indication. On my bikes & cars the oil drains right into a covered catch pan and is off to the recyclers unseen. A sample from my airplanes always goes to Blackstone. Then I know exactly what's in my oil and in what concentrations.

It's too hard to tell from the pictures. I'd say either be content assuming it's fine given the sump/valves and condition of engine, or send it away for analysis. You won't be able to get any more helpful information than that online.

Punkinhead made a good point. Are the bits magnetic? Or you could dissect the oil filter.
But I wouldn't really worry too much. It could even be mini orbs like people find in their photos and think they're aliens.

the bike runs and shifts smoothly
never have had any problems with it and doesn't burn any oil, no sounds or anything other than the cct

i just did a change on the cage and it had the same stuff in its oil but to a lesser extent

    none of it is magnetic

Here. This is what came out of mine when it was new. It's got 37000 miles now and still runs like new. One commenter on there says if it's sparkly at hi miles it could be crankshaft bearing. I dunno.
