It has a great price point and that stubby can looks really cool. I've read that some delkevic systems are really loud tho.

I saw that Marthy was running one that was slipon. I'm thinking that would be about the sound wouldn't it?

Probably really close. Doubt that the headers would make much of a difference in sound level unless they're larger diameter than OEM tubes. Heck, the full stainless system with stubby 9" can is only $325. http://www.delkevic.us/index.php?rou...nd&SKU=COM25B9

Delkevic just screams cheap junk. Looks like the Chinese no-name stuff you see on Ebay.

I'm probably going to pick one up. I know they're extremely popular with the SV650 crowd.

Just because people use them, doesn't mean they are any good for performance or quality. It's a cheap option that I would avoid. Looks like junk in my opinion.

Pretty much same as mine. I use a much better collector in my opinion but the slip-on is a good one for the price.

All the ponies comes from the header and collector... the slip-on itself is a matter of look I think...

What worry me the most is the slip-on is $200 so that make the rest of the system worth $125 or so...

Had a pair of their slip-ons on my 2007 Aprilia Tuono. About 1/2 the price of everything else but, the fit was terrible, requiring a lot of massaging to get them on. Even after that, the left pipe didn't quite match the right. Also, the rivets, screws and hangers were crap. They were also LOUD, even with the baffles in. If you just want something cheap, the Delkevic will work but, if you want a quality part, look elsewhere. Just IMHO.
